After 16 homes sold out just weeks after the Ellingham Green site was launched, Flagship Homes is ready to offer eight more families a home in the heart of the Norfolk countryside.

The new homes are part of the 95-home development in Great Ellingham, in partnership with Wellington Construction, offering a mixture affordable homes and homes for sale. Any profit made from the development, will go back in to building new affordable homes in the region – something Flagship Group calls ‘profit-for-purpose'.

Charlotte Mowforth, Head of Sales and Marketing at Flagship Homes said: “We are so pleased to be able to release eight more homes for sale at Ellingham Green. Despite only launching the site at the end of January, the demand has been very high, and we have already sold out the initial release of 16 new homes.

“By working with local developers Wellington, we have been able to provide high quality homes in an excellent location, helping us deliver our core purpose and work towards our goal of solving the housing crisis in the East of England.”

A mixture of two- and three-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows are now available for tenants to move in. The spacious homes come with air source heat pumps to deliver high levels of energy efficiency and low heating costs.
